Welcome to our school

Tarrawanna Public School is a welcoming and inclusive centre for learning offering a fun and caring environment catering to the needs of the whole child. We are located in the northern suburbs of Wollongong, situated between the ocean and the escarpment.

Our classrooms are vibrant learning spaces where students are constantly challenged, extended and nurtured. Our students use their strong foundations in literacy and numeracy to make connections across the curriculum and in the real world. Tarrawanna Public School is committed to encouraging and supporting the development of the whole student through current literacy and numeracy learning, quality technology initiatives, creative and practical arts, sport programs as well as various enrichment opportunities.

All members of our school community are committed to providing a learning, social and physical environment which is balanced, stimulating and enjoyable.

We are a proud member of the Corrimal Community of Schools.
